What we check

• ReputationWhether security services flag your domain as malware or phishing, and signs your homepage has been tampered with.
• SecurityYour SSL certificate (valid, trusted, when it expires), HTTPS redirects and the security headers browsers look for.
• Email protectionSPF and DMARC records, so nobody can send fake email in your name.
• DomainWhen your domain registration expires, and how old it is.
• Website basicsSpeed, mobile set-up, search basics, robots.txt and sitemap.

We only look at what any visitor can see from outside: your public pages, certificate and DNS records. Nothing is changed on your site, and we never log in. Safety checks use security DNS services (Cloudflare and Quad9) that refuse to open sites on their malware and phishing lists, so a clean result means you aren't on those lists, not that your site is guaranteed safe.
